The excitement of “digging up treasures” when shopping overseas
I have been wanting to meet local inspiring Thai designers for the longest time and I finally had the chance to meet up with some of them. I will be blogging about them over the weekend after a good long sleep and after washing up all my “new
loots clothes”. hahaaa
I was at the famous weekend market Chatuchak and I came across this very interesting stall. The inspiring designer was making and designing accessories with tons of cool acrylic plastic designs. I was soooo excited I asked if he does customisation. He said yes and just like that, I started designing with him!! 2 different race, 1 love for designing, we were doing all the charades and despite our language barrier, we seem to be able to understand each other very well. These 3 necklaces are very chunky and the pictures below doesn’t do them justice. I will be sure to snap a better picture when I wear it.
How do you like them?? I AM IN LOVE WITH THEM!!!!

This is the 1st time I didn’t manage to snap many pictures due to the burning weather. D and I were soooo dehydrated we didn’t even have to go to the bathroom! Some locals were telling us the best time to travel to BKK would be from Sep – Dec. We will remember for sure!!!!!!! I am feeling all the aches from the nasty sunburns, am gona go to bed now. Nitesss…
